Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates GlowText, a mobile application that helps users create bright, scrolling LED-style banners on their phone screen. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Local-first by design

GlowText is built local-first: the content you create in the app stays on your device. We do not upload, read, or store that content on our servers, and we do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

We may collect limited data such as anonymized app usage and diagnostics, device and OS information, purchase and entitlement information (via the App Store or Google Play), a device advertising identifier used by ads in the free version, and any messages you send us for support.

How we use information

To provide and improve the app, process one-time purchases, show ads in the free version, provide customer support, prevent abuse, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We may use services such as Apple and Google (app distribution and in-app purchases), Appodeal and its mediation partners (advertising in the free version), and a crash and analytics provider. These services process data according to their own privacy terms.

Purchases

GlowText Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising

The free version of GlowText shows ads through Appodeal and its mediation partners, which may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. On iOS you are asked for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and can decline; you can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Buying GlowText Pro removes all ads.

Data retention & deletion

You control your in-app data on your device. To remove associated data, see Delete your data or contact us at contact@golinski-ventures.pl. We remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information.

Children

GlowText is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
