Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GlowText (the "App"), provided by Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

Purchases & payments

GlowText Pro is an optional one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase), not a subscription — there are no recurring charges, no auto-renewal, and no free trial that converts to a paid plan. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at the time of purchase. You can restore your purchase on your other devices with "Restore Purchase" in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
