Golinski Ventures sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates Scanmint, a mobile application that helps users scan documents into clean PDFs with on-device OCR. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Local-first by design

Scanmint is built local-first: the content you create in the app stays on your device. We do not upload, read, or store that content on our servers, and we do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

We may collect limited data such as anonymized app usage and diagnostics, device and OS information, purchase and entitlement information (via the App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat), and any messages you send us for support.

How we use information

To provide and improve the app, process subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We may use services such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and a crash/analytics provider. These services process data according to their own privacy terms.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Data retention & deletion

You control your in-app data on your device. To remove associated data, see Delete account or contact us at contact@golinski-ventures.pl. We remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information.

Children

Scanmint is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
