These Terms govern your use of Scanmint (the "App"), provided by Golinski Ventures. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

Subscriptions & payments

Scanmint offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golinski Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
