Delete your data

GlowText has no accounts and no sign-up — there is nothing to register and nothing for us to hold. Everything you create lives on your device, and you can remove it at any time.

In the app

To remove a single banner, press and hold it on the home screen, then choose Delete.
To remove everything, open Settings → Reset GlowText data and confirm Reset everything.
This permanently deletes your saved banners and preferences from the device. Your GlowText Pro purchase is kept, because it belongs to your App Store / Google Play account rather than to the app.

Uninstalling GlowText removes all locally stored data.

Request server-side deletion

GlowText itself stores nothing on our servers. If you have emailed us for support, you can ask us to erase that correspondence: write to contact@golinski-ventures.pl from the same address with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

What gets deleted: support correspondence and any analytics identifiers tied to you. Your banners live only on your device, so there is nothing of them for us to delete.
What may remain: anonymized/aggregated data and records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons.

Purchases

GlowText Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your in-app data does not remove or refund a purchase; you can restore it with "Restore Purchase" in the app.
